Most gyms sell a membership and puts the risk on you. We do the opposite: we bet your first month on your result, in writing. One rule: every condition is objective and checkable, because vague guarantees are how gyms hide. Month to month, cancel any time, in two clicks.
The Scoreboard Guarantee
The promise: do the work for a full 30 days. If neither number on your scoreboard has improved, you get back every dollar you paid for that month.
The three conditions, for the whole 30 days:
- 01Complete the sessions on your calendar. Your logged sessions are the record.
- 02Submit your weekly compliance check-in. It takes about five minutes.
- 03Film and send your 30-day reassessment video, using the same four movements as your Day-0 screen.
The two numbers: your 30-second chair-stand repetitions, and your seated shoulder reach. Both are measured on your Day-0 screen and again on your 30-day reassessment, and both are scored against your own baseline, not against anyone else.
The trigger: if your chair-stand repetitions have not improved and your shoulder reach has not improved, you qualify.
The remedy: a full refund of that month. Not store credit, not a discount, no arguing. If you would rather keep going, we will coach you free until both numbers move. Your choice.

Function, not the scale
This guarantees what strength coaching can actually be held to. The 30-second chair stand is a validated measure of lower-body power with published age norms, and shoulder reach is the fastest honest read on upper-body range. Both are things you can see change in your own life: getting out of a chair, reaching a top shelf, putting on a coat.
We do not guarantee a weight, a dress size or a photograph, because those depend on things no coach controls. We guarantee that if you do the work, the two numbers we measure will move, and if they do not, you do not pay for that month.
The honest boundaries
If the conditions were not met, the guarantee does not apply, and we will show you the logs rather than argue. Guarantees are per person, per enrollment, and cover the program fee only. Medical circumstances that interrupt your program pause your cohort rather than void your guarantee: talk to your coach, first and early.
